having regard to Article 14(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’)⁽¹⁾,
having regard to the proposal of its Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (B9-0290/2022),
having regard to its Rules of Procedure,

whereas Margreet Fröberg meets the conditions laid down in Article 14(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939;
