Commission Regulation (EEC) No 904/79 of 7 May 1979 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 517/79 amending Regulations (EEC) No 2073/74 and (EEC) No 1027/78 as regards the date of acceptance of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies and as regards certain selling prices

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 517/79 of 16 March 1979 (3) amended Regulations (EEC) No 2073/74 and (EEC) No 1027/78 as regards the date of acceptance of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies and as regards certain selling prices;

Whereas a check has shown that an error appeared in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 517/79 ; whereas, therefore, the said Regulation should be corrected,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

In Annex 1 to Regulation (EEC) No 517/79 the amount "109,524" against "Danmark Tyre P" is hereby replaced by the amount "109,624".

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 May 1979.

It shall be applied with effect from 22 March 1979.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
