adapting, as a result of the accession of Greece, Regulation (EEC) No 2041/75 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for oils and fats

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN

COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3454/80 (2), and in particular Article 19 (3) thereof,

Whereas, as a result of the accession of Greece to the European Economic Community, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2041/75 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1037/79 (4), should be supplemented to include the necessary linguistic adaptations;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 2041/75 is hereby amended as follows:

(a) the following expressions are added to the first paragraph of Article 2a:

'Eisagogí chýdin í se ámeses syskevasíes anóteres ton 5 lítron ',

'Eisagogí se ámeses syskevasíes anóteres í íses pros 5 lítra ';

(b) the following expression is added to the second subparagraph of Article 9 (2):

'Chorís epistrofí se chríma';

'Chorís eisforá';

(d) the following expression is added to Article 12 (1):

'I posótis anaféretai stin poiótita týpoy'.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
