Commission Regulation (EC) No 1032/2007 of 6 September 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No 1669/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 as regards the buying-in of beef
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in beef and veal(1), and in particular Article 27(4) and Article 41 thereof,
Whereas:
Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1669/2006 of 8 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 as regards the buying-in of beef(2) establishes the list of products eligible for intervention. Annex VI to that Regulation contains the addresses of the intervention agencies. Following the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union on 1 January 2007, the information concerning those Member States should be inserted in those Annexes.
Regulation (EC) No 1669/2006 should therefore be amended accordingly.
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
