The full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2013, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 is amended as follows:
Annex I is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Regulation.
Annex II is replaced by the text in Annex II to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2013.
It shall expire on 31 December 2013.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
