THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community(1) (‘the basic Regulation’), and in particular Articles 9(4) and 11(2), (3) and (6)thereof,
Having regard to the proposal submitted by the European Commissionafter consulting the Advisory Committee,
Whereas:
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1
A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of ironing boards, whether or not free-standing, with or without a steam soaking and/or heating top and/or blowing top, including sleeve boards, and essential parts thereof, i.e. the legs, the top and the iron rest, currently falling within CN codes ex39249000, ex44219098, ex73239300, ex73239900, ex85167970 and ex85169000 (TARIC codes 3924900010, 4421909810, 7323930010, 7323990010, 8516797010 and 8516900051) and originating in the People's Republic of China.
The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, for products described in paragraph 1 and manufactured by the companies listed below shall be as follows:

Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
Article 2
The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ironing boards originating in Ukraine is hereby terminated and anti-dumping measures imposed on Ukraine by Regulation (EC) No 452/2007 are herewith repealed.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
