Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/316 of 26 February 2015 terminating the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain rainbow trout originating in Turkey

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community(1) (‘the basic Regulation’), and in particular Article 9(2) thereof,

Whereas:

    HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

    Article 1

    The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports into the Union of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss):

    • live weighing 1,2 kg or less each, or

    • fresh, chilled, frozen and/or smoked:

      • in the form of whole fish (with heads on), whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1,2 kg or less each, or

      • with heads off, whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1 kg or less each, or

      • in the form of fillets weighing 400 g or less each,

    currently falling within the CN codes ex03019190, ex03021180, ex03031490, ex03044290, ex03048290 and ex03054300 and originating in Turkey is hereby terminated.

    Article 2

    This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
