Mededeling van de Commissie betreffende Richtlijn 2003/122/Euratom inzake de controle op hoogactieve ingekapselde radioactieve bronnen en weesbronnen

Overeenkomstig artikel 13 van Richtlijn 2003/122/Euratom⁽¹⁾ delen de lidstaten de Commissie de naam (namen) en het adres (adressen) mee van de bevoegde autoriteiten, als omschreven in artikel 13, alsmede alle informatie die nodig is voor een vlotte communicatie met die autoriteiten.

De lidstaten delen de Commissie alle veranderingen in die gegevens mee.

De Commissie deelt deze informatie en alle veranderingen daarin mee aan alle bevoegde autoriteiten in de Gemeenschap en maakt deze informatie bekend in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie.

Een lijst van de bevoegde autoriteiten in de lidstaten en alle nodige informatie om een vlotte communicatie daarmee mogelijk te maken, is hieronder gegeven.
