Re:

Application under Article 263 TFEU for annulment, first, of the ECB’s decision of 1 January 2019 placing Banca Carige SpA under temporary administration and, secondly, of its decision of 29 March 2019, extending the period of the temporary administration, and of the subsequent extension decisions.

Operative part

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the European Commission’s application for leave to intervene.

Mr Roberto Alessio and the other applicants whose names are listed in the annex shall bear their own costs and pay those incurred by the European Central Bank (ECB).

The Commission shall bear its own costs relating to the application for leave to intervene.
