Operative part

1. Operation of the European Commission’s decision of 14 December 2021, adopted in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, concerning the confirmatory application GestDem 2021/2808, which is aimed at ensuring public access to documents originating from the Hungarian authorities, is suspended in so far as that decision grants access to documents originating from those authorities.
